Are you a marketing assistant who knows how to use Go High Level (GHL) to create and manage online marketing campaigns? If yes, then I have a great opportunity for you.
I am looking for a part-time virtual assistant who can help me with the following tasks
  • Create and update landing pages, forms, surveys, and pop-ups on GHL
  • Set up and manage email, SMS, and voicemail campaigns on GHL
  • Track and analyze the performance of the campaigns using GHL’s dashboard and reports
  • Import and export contacts and data between GHL and other platforms
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback via email, phone, or chat
You must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience working with GHL
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Familiar with online marketing concepts and strategies
  • Able to work independently and follow instructions
  • Responsive, reliable, and professional
The position is part-time (10-20 hours per week) and flexible. You can work from anywhere in the world as long as you have a stable internet connection. The pay rate is monthly plus commission. It will first start with an unpaid trial to see your work style then it will be a long-term permanent position.

Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and responsible individual for our medical aesthetics office to manage our digital marketing such as social media platforms including Instagram, tik tok, and Facebook, transition paper charts to medical records, and other tasks listed below under "responsibilities". You MUST have at least one year of experience working as an office or admin assistant, and also at least one year of experience working as a social media manager, coordinator, or content creator, and be very proficient in using social media platforms for business such as Instagram, tik tok and Facebook. You MUST have access to and be able to create graphics and be able to edit videos/reels on editing platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Proficient with Excel/Microsoft Office, Google Documents, Photoshop (plus), illustrator (plus), and social media platforms such as Instagram, tik tok and Facebook

-Proficient in editing videos for the above platforms and also editing photos and graphics.

-Excellent phone and communication skills

-Proficient with using a PC and Mac

-At least one year experience in each being an Office Assistant and Digital Marketing

-Familiar with Electronic Medical Records

-Has their own Mac laptop/Macbook Air or PC

-Knows how to update the website on WordPress

-Familiar with google analytics

-Crafting email blasts

-Writing/Copy/Blogging skills

-Passion for beauty and aesthetics

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

-Participating with digital marketing via posts for Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and email blasts.

-Organize posts (photos and videos) for Instagram and office album including editing

-Organizing patient Excel sheets and calling clients for follow-up.

-Sending and checking emails

-Researching specific topics online
